PDX Renovations was great to work with while purchasing the home we were selling. We ran into a roadblock with a renter move-out issue and they worked with me to help find a landlord attorney, and also moved the closing date out a month to give us more time to deal with this issue. Marissa and Cody were easy to deal with, very thorough and professional too. I would definitely sell to them again. They made this sale as smooth as it could have possibly been, especially under the circumstances we had to deal with.
